MADRID

The second-largest city in Europe and with a population of 66 lakhs, Madrid is the capital city of Spain and was founded in the 9th century. The city is a tourist hub. For most of the time, you will see people of Madrid enjoying, dancing, gathering over the streets and enjoying life.

SEVILLE

Seville is the capital city for Andalusia which is the southern region of Spain. It is present on the lower side of the river Guadalquivir. Seville is the fourth largest city in Spain and it contains three world-famous sites and it is also listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. These world heritage are General Archive of the Indies, the Alcázar palace complex and the Cathedral.

There are many things to do in Seville you can take a sightseeing tour also. From this tour, you can validate the culture and the lifestyle of the city. The classical dance form flamenco is very famous as it proves that the city is 2,000 years old. There are several other famous landmarks where you can visit like Torre del Oro, City Hall, Palacio de San Telmo, Metropol Parasol, General Archive of the Indies, Plaza de España, etc. Some of the building are having a historical background and some are now occupied by the government. BARCELONA

VALENCIA

After the cities like Madrid and Barcelona, Valencia is the third biggest city in Spain. The city has a very old history it was founded by Romans. Turia River is very important because the city is present on the banks of this river. The art, culture and science are very deeply integrated into the city. There are several buildings where you will find the amalgamation of art and science. The biggest highlight is the City of Arts and Science (CAC).

The CAC is sort of a futuristic building. However, the building is not dedicated to a single theme else it contains a park, IMAX theatre, a dedicated house for performing arts and culture programs, Europe’s biggest aquarium, science museum and The Assut D or a connecting bridge. This CAC structure is world-famous for its unique design. Therefore, many tourists across the globe regularly visit Valencia just to experience CAC. GRANADA

The geography of Granada is really different from other cities. The city is present near the mountains of Sierra Nevada, to be precise Granada is located where the four rivers of Spain meet at a particular point. If you only want to visit a place that is authentic and true then Granada is the perfect place for you. The city is clean, green and perfect for nightlife. The city is also packed with tons of monuments which carries there own history. Most of them have a background in Spanish-Islamic art.

Alhambra and Generalife are two places which are quite popular in Granada. Alhambra is a monument which is listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is a palace which exists on the southeastern border of the Sierra Nevada. Do consider visiting Alhambra. And the second most visited place is the Generalife. It is an Islamic style based Garden area. This place is near to Alhambra basically, a place designed for kings or rulers of the 13th century to relax and attain peace. This place is also considered as UNESCO World Heritage Site.
